1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted under specific circumstances, as outlined below:

  • Event Cancellation: In the event that Luxury Virtual Events cancels an event, you will receive a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues on our side prevent you from accessing the event, please notify us immediately. Refunds or credits may be issued based on the nature of the issue.

2. Non-refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed Events: Refunds will not be granted for events that have already been attended or completed.
  • Personal Reasons: We do not provide refunds for personal reasons, including changes of mind or scheduling conflicts.
  • Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services used in conjunction with our events (such as additional vendors) are subject to the third-party’s policies.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at (785) 200-6242 within 48 hours of the event’s scheduled start. Please provide your event details and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your case and notify you of the outcome within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Rescheduling Events

If you are unable to attend an event, contact us at least 72 hours prior to the event. We may allow rescheduling for another event of equal value, subject to availability.
